We recognize that the need for flexibility when booking activities has never been greater, which is why we’ve tried to make things simple.

If your booking is more than 24 hours away you will receive a full refund or credit. Contact us by email or text message to cancel, or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Also, please be aware that we cruise on the open ocean and that there are no refunds for imperfect weather conditions or personal preferences thereof.
