Directly from Waikiki fisherman that day! The catch may vary based on season, availability, and Chef Cater's inspiration! (i.e.) Seared Mahi-Mahi with an Asian Creamy Avocado Sauce. Served with Steamed Rice & Sautéed Mix Vegetables.

  

Lightly Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Braised slowly to fork tender perfection and topped with a Red Wine Braising Sauce. Served with Scalloped Potatoes and Steamed Spinach.
